Data protection

The Data Protection Act 1998 sets our rules for the way we handle information about you. It gives you the right to ask us what information we hold about you on computers and in some paper records. The Data Protection Act also states that if we record information about you we should be open about how we use this information and must follow the eight common principles of 'good information handling'.

To make a Data Protection Act request fill in a subject access request form and send it to:

We charge a statutory fee of £10 for giving you this information.

If you are not happy with the way we have dealt with you on this, use our complaints procedure, if you are still not happy you can complain to the Information Commissioner.
