Be active... more often

Walking netball

Women have begun playing walking netball for the fun, laughter and camaraderie the social session brings, as much as the health benefits on offer. The sport is great at providing:

  • An outlet for people who are feeling isolated
  • An activity for those who don’t deem themselves fit enough to run anymore
  • A stepping stone for those looking for a pathway back into netball

Walking netball sessions take place in the sports hall at Sponne School in Towcester

Tuesday
7:30pm to 8:30pm
£3 (first session is free)

A game of walking netball is for all ages and abilities and every session contains a gentle warm-up.
