Penalties and surcharges schedule
Surcharges will be applied in accordance with the CIL Regulations 2010 (as amended) in the event of disqualifying events or non-submission of information or forms within the required timescales.
Failure to comply with the CIL requirements may trigger us to take enforcement action. This can include the use of warning notices (warn development will need to stop), stop notices (to force development to stop) or even court action.
