Publicising planning applications

What happens if I comment on an application?

If you make comments about an application your comments will be acknowledged, and you will be given the contact details for the case officer dealing with the application.

For decisions made by the Planning Committee, you will be advised of the date the application is due for consideration, providing your letter or email is received in good time. When notified of the meeting, you will also be told what the officer recommendation to the Planning Committee is, and how to exercise your right to speak at the meeting.
