Please refer to the government’s national requirements to see what documents are required and how to submit a valid application. We do not have our own local requirements.
We use the 1APP National Standard Application Forms both for manual paper forms and online submission of electronic planning applications.
Current fees and an online calculator can be found on the Planning Portal website.
The national forms are maintained centrally by the Planning Portal and electronic copies of the Planning Application Forms are available for submission online through the Planning Portal website.
You will need to register and log in to use the facilities on the Planning Portal please follow the instructions on screen on their site.
If you experience any problems or require assistance please contact the Planning Portal Help Centre.
Online planning applications save time and resource for agents, public and us. Please visit the Planning Portal and see the submission services and other planning tools and information pages available to you.
If you wish to download a copy of the relevant form you can use the link on the right, (related pages) to access the application forms. If you would like a paper copy please speak to the Development Support Team on 01327 322237, who can post or email it to you.
