Farthinghoe Recycling and Reuse Centre

Farthinghoe Recycling and Reuse Centre will be temporarily closing from 5:00pm on Friday 28 January 2022 while a new contractor is found. It will stay closed during February and will reopen in March 2022 once a new contractor has been appointed.

During the temporary closure, visitors will be able to continue recycling items at recycling centres in Towcester, Daventry and Northampton.

Until then it’s open seven days a week, 9:00am to 5:00pm and you can recycle a range of materials. The site closes at mid day on Christmas Eve and is closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

You can also take along things to be reused if they are in good condition.

The recycling centre is on the A422 between Brackley and Banbury, about one mile west of Farthinghoe. It's signposted from the road, so you can't miss it.
