Recycling Boxes

This page will tell you the new updated list of what can go in your black and green recycling boxes. If you need more information about these changes please view our FAQ's.

Unless you live in a flat or somewhere difficult to access, you will have:

The boxes go out with the same colour bin (i.e. first week - green bin and box, second week - black bin and box).

Collections

The bins and boxes are collected on the same day each week and you should leave them on the kerbside by 7:00am on the day of collection.

If you have got real problems wheeling out the bin or carrying the boxes, then let us know and we can try and make special arrangements.

Green Box - Paper and glass

  • Food and drink cartons (like fruit juice, soup or some milk cartons). These can now be recycled at Farthinghoe Recycling Centre)

Black Box - Cardboard, plastic bottles, cans and foil

If you have extra black box recycling, you can put it out in carrier bags (no black sacks please) or in cardboard boxes.GREEN BOX RECYCLING
