Taylor Wimpey had submitted a major planning application for residential development on the former Walkerpack industrial site, Stratford Road, Roade. The proposal was for 124 dwellings of a mix of one, two, three and four beds comprising blocks, terraces and detached units with associated highway and infrastructure works.
This application has now been withdrawn.
