The Council has received a major outline planning application on land East of Wootton Fields, Newport Pagnell Road. The application is for a residential development of up to 300 dwellings with associated highway and other infrastructure works and has been submitted by Twigden Homes Ltd.
South Northamptonshire Council is consulting the public and a wide range of organisations for their views on this application.
