                                            NOTICE OF TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING APPLICATION

                                                                                         

S/2009/1169/MAO - Land off Main Road Middleton Cheney, Residential development for 131 dwellings with estate road

 and open space (Outline).  Major Development,  Affects Right of Way.   

S/2009/1193/FUL - St Rumbolds Upper Astrop Road Kings Sutton, New entrance porch, two single storey link

extensions to either side.  Within Conservation Area*

S/2009/1199/FUL - Old Post Office Church Street Sulgrave, Two storey rear extension.  Within Conservation Area*

S/2009/1218/FUL - 1 Charlton Road Aynho, Move vehicular access.  Within Conservation Area*

*As these are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to

be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to

the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. The above mentioned

applications, plans and other documents may be inspected during normal office hours at South Northamptonshire

Council Offices, or on the Council Online Planning Register at http://snc.planning-register.co.uk/.  Representations

should be sent in writing to Andy Preston, Head of Environment and Implementation at the address shown below by 07/01/2010
