Nearly 300 residents use new Brackley service

The official opening of the new Customer Service Centre in Brackley took place last week with dignitaries from South Northamptonshire Council.
Already 281* members of the public have used the new service since the office was open to residents on Wednesday, July 1.
The new Customer Service Centre is situated at Burgess Square, just off the main Market Square and replaces the Brackley Tourist Information Centre, Bridge Street.
Cabinet Member for Community Regeneration Councillor Mary Clarke said: “The number of users shows there is a need for this service in Brackley.
“The new Customer Service Centre provides an extra port of contact for the residents of Brackley on their doorstep.
“There is a range of services readily available for residents to use at the centre, from booking an appointment for pest control services to arranging a meeting with a benefits officer.
“People should also use their local centre to keep up to date with local events and take advantage of the free internet access to find out about their local area.”
The services provided at the Burgess Square office include, free brochures and leaflets on the local area, as well as a computer so that visitors can access information online.

0 Raise queries about refuse, recycling, collection, Council Tax, Non-domestic rates - including setting up a Direct Debit or making a payment via Cheque/Debit/Credit card
