We want to make sure you have opportunities to take part in sport and stay fit and healthy, whatever your age, ability and background. We have advice, information and activities to get you taking part and to promote a healthy life.

There is also money on offer if you are trying to increase the number of local people taking part in sport, or if you are a talented sports person or coach yourself.
