Development proposals for Towcester Vale South Northamptonshire Council is a statutory consultee for two of the ‘Towcester Vale’ planning applications that have been submitted by Persimmon and Bloor Homes. They are scheduled to be determined by the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (WNDC) later this year. |

Affordable village housing for local people in Hartwell Work has started on a new housing development in the village of Hartwell, South Northamptonshire.The Bloor Homes development, known as Cross’s Yard, is designed to meet local needs and it will be available for occupation in November 2008. |

Landscape designer appointed for Bury Mount restoration The Moat Lane regeneration project has reached another significant milestone with news that Camlin Lonsdale, one of the UK’s leading landscape architecture practices, has been appointed to manage the design and restoration plans for Bury Mount and Mill Stream and how these important features will fit into the expansion of Towcester town centre. Camlin Lonsdale will be sharing their initial proposals for Bury Mount at an open public exhibition from Friday 9 May, 3.30-6.30pm, to Saturday 10 May, 9.30am-2.00pm, in Towcester Town Hall. |
