CIEH Level 1 Food Safety

CIEH Level 2 HACCP Principles

This is a 2.5 hour eLearning course on L2 HACCP and concludes with a 20 question course review. The course covers the content and structure of the CIEH L2 Principles of HACCP course. In the final module the learner is able to print out examples and blank forms for use within their own organisation and understand how these are mapped on to the 12 step Codex model.

CIEH Level 2 Food Safety for manufacturing (English and Polish versions available)

This course is ideal for anyone employed in a manufacturing or processing environment, such as food factories, meat cutting plants, breweries, vegetable packing, dairies or bottling plants.

CIEH Level 3 Food Safety for manufacturing

This is a 10 hour eLearning course on Level 3 Food Safety and concludes with a 40 question course review. This is further supported with CIEH Level 3 Activity Book.

The course is very relevant for anyone who manages or supervises food manufacturing activities. Particularly relevant for those who have to develop or monitor HACCP based food safety management procedures and systems.

CIEH Serving the allergic and food intolerant customer

Following implementation of the Food Information for Consumers Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, allergen labelling rules will be changing in December 2014. The new regulation will introduce a new requirement for allergen information to be provided for foods sold non-packed or pre-packed for direct sale.

This course cross references Food Allergens and Labelling with the upcoming legislation.

This course covers Understanding Allergens and Food Labelling moving from understanding allergies and their causes into understanding food labels with an ingredients list and warnings on packed food and then to dealing with preparing and serving non packed food.
