Elections
What we do
The Democratic and Elections team are responsible for administering the electoral process in the district of South Northamptonshire. This means that we:
- prepare and maintain a complete and accurate register of electors
- organise elections and referendums which take place in the district
- promote public awareness of, and participation in, the electoral process
- provide a high standard of service to all local residents
Further to the provisions of the Representation of the People Acts and Representation of the People Regulations, the registers of electors for South Northamptonshire will be re-published on 8 February 2013. The public notice that explains why is here.
