Bulky Waste

Book a Bulky Waste Collection

We offer a special service for the collection of large and bulky items of household waste which cannot fit in your bin. There is a charge of £30 for up to six items of old furniture and appliances (in general things which you would take with you when you move house can be collected on this service.)

By Phone: 01327 322 344
Payment can be made over the phone by credit or debit card, but please note there will be a 1.8% surcharge on all credit card transactions to cover the additional charges incurred by the council. Payments by Debit Card are free.

Our crews collect on Wednesdays all items must be outside of the property (e.g. front garden, drive, back garden etc.) by 7:00am. The crew are unable to enter your property.

What about things we don't collect?

You can take these things to one of the County Council Household Waste Recycling Centres or get a private contractor to collect them. Always ensure that you choose a reputable company that will legally dispose of the items.

Most of the items we collect will go to landfill, but are your items too good to throw away? If so, why not:
