The Data Protection Act 1998 sets our rules for the way we handle information about you. It gives you the right to ask us what information we hold about you on computers and in some paper records.
We must respond to your request within 40 days. If we do not reply or if the information we supply is not all there, you can complain.
You can see most of the information we hold on you, but there are a few exceptions.

We charge a statutory fee of £10 for giving you this information.
If you are not happy with the way we have dealt with you on this, use our complaints procedure, if you are still not happy you can complain to the Information Commissioner.
