Find Planning Applications

If you want to search for an application by its number, parish or decision date, then you can use the Planning Applications Register.

If you want to find a site using a map to view the history, you can use the Mapping Service.

Using either of these services, you can search for any planning applications submitted since 1974.

In order to do this using Mapping, you can either navigate to the appropriate part of South Northamptonshire using the "Zoom" tool or you can search on postal address / postcode.

Full details of planning applications are provided on the Planning Register, covering the whole planning process, including appeal information.

If you are an applicant, you can find where you are in the planning process. If you are a neighbour to a proposed development, you can submit your comments online.

Plans and documents are also included in the planning register for consultation purposes.

If the documents are not shown please email quoting the application number and request that the required documents be made available. The council will undertake any redaction of personal details required and will make the documents available for viewing online. The council will confirm when the documents are available for viewing.

It's important to note that the planning information provided is not a full planning history of any site. It should not be regarded as an alternative to the information provided through a formal Local Land Charges Search. The information is not a formal notification of any planning decision.
