Performance Information

Performance is monitored and reviewed through access to information held in our Performance Management System and the production of regular reports to Members and Senior Management Teams. Performance is reported at Scrutiny Committee and Cabinet meetings in accordance with the published schedules, and the relevant reports can be found on the our Committee System.

Quarterly reports provide information on actions being taken to support the objectives as well as performance data and targets. We aim to provide high quality data which is accurate, timely and meaningful.

The Performance Team co-ordinates and produces the Annual Business Plan, updating of the 5 year Strategic Plan, and also Service Planning. This includes performance measurement and reporting, as well as work to improve reputation management through the co-ordination and submission of awards, best practice sharing and supporting benchmarking.
