Street Trading
Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982

In order to sell any goods from any street within the South Northamptonshire Council district a person requires a street trading consent.  Every street in the district is designated as a consent street except for the A43 between Towcester and Brackley where no trading is permitted, and the A5.
No trading can take place anywhere unless a consent is in place, and then only in accordance with any conditions attached.
