Thoughts sought with annual residents' satisfaction survey

Residents across the district are being asked to give feedback on the services that South Northamptonshire Council (SNC) provides by completing the annual residents' satisfaction survey.

Launching on Monday, 8 May and running until Friday, 16 June, the survey will be available for completion over six weeks, with residents being encouraged to tell the council what they think of the services it provides, whether it offers value for money and the quality of its day-to-day operations.

Scott Barnes, SNC's director of strategy and commissioning, said: "Feedback from residents on how we are doing is vitally important to how we operate as a council.

"As with any other organisation, we strive to continually evolve and improve. The results from this survey will allow us to measure our performance and tailor what we are doing to the wants and needs of those directly impacted by our services; the residents in the district.

"I would encourage everyone who uses our services to take the time to tell us what they think, as it's your feedback that we need in order to improve."

This year's survey aims to encourage as many people as possible to take part and is therefore available online at South Northamptonshire Council Residents' Survey.

An external market research organisation, Marketing Means, will be managing the survey on our behalf.

A number of hard copies will be distributed to selected addresses for completion and further hard copies can be requested by calling 01327 322322 or emailing consultation@cherwellandsouthnorthants.gov.uk for any resident who can't access the survey online.
