Planning Application Forms

South Northamptonshire Council use the 1APP National Standard Application Forms both for manual paper forms and online submission of electronic planning applications.

Planning Portal

We no longer have forms sets available for downloading on our own website as the national forms are maintained centrally by the Planning Portal. Electronic copies of the Planning Application Forms are now only available for submission online through the Planning Portal website.

You will need to register and log in to use the facilities on the Planning Portal, please follow the instructions on screen on their site.

Online planning applications save time and resource for agents, public and Council's and we are keen to promote their use. Please visit the Planning Portal and see the submission services and other planning tools and information pages available to you.

If you require paper copies of the forms then please speak to the Planning reception staff on 01327 322520, who can post them to you.

NOTE : 1App Forms are mandatory from 6th April 2008, no other type of planning application form can be excepted after this date.
