These are premises, which provide a wide variety of treatments, the main ones being sauna, massage and sun beds.
Special treatments also include all beauty treatments provided by salons such as leg waxing, manicure, and pedicure, facials, eyelash tinting andelectrolysis.
The Council currently does not have a scheme for licensing premises or persons involved in massge or special treatments.
