Bogus caller offering Council Tax rebate

A bogus caller, claiming to be the Head of Finance at South Northamptonshire Council, is making calls to residents.

The caller may tell you that you are due a council tax refund. The caller will then ask for personal details, including your bank account.

This is not a call from South Northamptonshire Council and we will never contact you to ask for your personal details. This is a bogus call and we would strongly advise that you do not give any personal information.
