Making a song and dance in Paulerspury
Augu8

Open to anyone aged eight to 16, the Songwriting and Dance Week runs from Monday, 13 August to Friday, 17 August from 9:30am to 3:30pm in Paulerspury Village Hall, and there are still some places available.
Musical Director of the Paulerspury Players, Amy Clayton, has teamed up with dance tutor and choreographer Chenade Pilgrim to offer this reasonably-priced activity week which, through collaboration with The Paulerspury Players, is priced at just £60.
No dance experience or musical instruments are required.
Participants will work in groups to write and record songs about topics that interest them, work on dance moves for their songs, and perform their work to family and friends at the end of the week.
Councillor Rosie Herring, portfolio holder for Community Engagement and Wellbeing, said: “I’m delighted that we’re able to provide so many different activities for the children and young people of South Northants.
“The Songwriting and Dance Week is an ideal activity for any child who loves to dance around the house or sing along to their favourite music.
“Limited places are still available and I would urge parents to ring up and find out more about this exciting activity.”
