S/2012/0118/RES - Land West of 39 Lumber Lane Paulerspury, Reserved matters for detached dwelling (details pursuant to S/2010/0144/OUT).  Not in accordance with the Local Plan     

S/2012/0128/FUL - Heathencote Farm Heathencote (Paulerspury parish), Demolition of cattle building and conversion of traditional buildings to 9 holiday lets.  Affects setting of a Listed Building     

S/2012/0140/FUL - 32 Careys Road Pury End , Two srorey extension to side/rear, front porch.  Affects setting of a Listed Building*

S/2012/0141/FUL - 7 Park Lane Harpole, Single & two storey extensions to rear, replace flat roof on porch with pitched slate roof.  Within Conservation Area  Affects setting of a Listed Building*

S/2012/0146/FUL - Furtho Manor Farm Northampton Road Old Stratford, Conversion of single 3 bed residential unit into a pair of semi-detached 2 bed residential units. Affects Right of Way      

*As these are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
