We’re constantly improving our online services
We’ve been working hard to improve our online services, to make it easier to find the services you need on our website. A lot more of our services are now available directly online.
We’ve also been listening to feedback you’ve given us, made it easier to access the most popular services, and improved the search facility too.
You will see this logo wherever an online service is available, it will normally be positioned in the right-hand menu.

You can give us feedback about our online services on our online feedback form or rate individual pages using the face icons to the right of each page.
We use this feedback to improve the website and we always act on comments wherever we can. The results of this can be seen on the ‘you said, we did’ page.
Improvements to the search facility
Our search results have been improved to make them more relevant, and to make it easier to find the information you’re after. Typing the name of a service into the search box will now offer a direct link to the service at the top of the search results list.
The most popular tasks are available directly from our homepage
Our new ‘top tasks’ list on the homepage is updated each month with the most popular pages. This provides quick access to the tasks that are requested most often, such as planning and council tax payments.
Find the service you’re looking for in our A-Z list
If you’re not quite sure which service you need, you can take a look down our complete list of services. Because they’re arranged alphabetically, you can also look for a specific service under the relevant letter.
Or you could always look under the type of service – e.g. ‘Apply’, ‘Report’, ‘Request a service’
We’ve grouped all of our online tasks by type as well – so if you want to apply for something or report something, you can do so from our services page.
