(Parish of Hartwell) Extinguishment Order 2011
IMPORTANT – THIS COMMUNICATION AFFECTS YOUR PROPERTY
On 4 November 2011 the South Northamptonshire Council confirmed the above Order made under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to extinguish a section of Bridleway shown as Bridleway KR6 on the definitive map for Northamptonshire running from a point at OS Grid reference SP 7884 5046 in a generally South easterly direction for a distance of approximately 50 metres to its termination point at OS Grid reference SP 7887 5043 as shown on the Order Map.
A copy of the Order and Order Map has been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Council Offices, Springfields, Towcester from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on weekdays. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there.
The Order comes into force on 10 November 2011, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 10 November 2011, make an application to the High Court.
