Consultation on new dog laws for owners
Following the formal statutory consultation, the dogs on leads order has been amended to take into account the comments received. Due to the amendments made to the dogs on leads order there is further opportunity until Friday, 5 December 2008 to comment on the proposed order.

South Northamptonshire Council has decided that it will serve planning enforcement notices at Heyford Mill in Upper Heyford, where a developer has failed to comply with his planning permission. The Council has also already served a court injunction against the developer to stop him occupying the property.
