S/2011/0570/LBC - Elm Tree House 11 Courteenhall Road Blisworth, Replacement windows to front elevation.  Listed Building Consent     

S/2011/0572/FUL - Land at Woods Lane Potterspury, Two detached dwellings.  Affects setting of a Listed Building     

S/2011/0573/RES - Land north of High Street Paulerspury, Approval of reserved matters pursuant to outline planning permission S/2010/0575/OUT for residential development of 5 houses, public open space, new vehicular access and associated works .  Affects setting of a Listed Building  Not in accordance with the Local Plan   

S/2011/0578/MAF - Land at Orchard Field Horton Road Denton, Hay store.  Affects Right of Way     

*As these are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
