ventilation/air compressors  to the rear.  Affects setting of a Listed Building  Within Conservation Area   

S/2011/0480/FUL - 33 Bell Lane Syresham, Proposed two storey side and rear extension with basement.  Affects

setting of a Listed Building*

S/2011/0481/FUL - 63 Main Road Middleton Cheney, Alterations to secondary access at front elevation.  Within

Conservation Area*

S/2011/0506/FUL - Greatworth Hall Greatworth, Conversion of existing building to single storey B1 office unit,

comprising of alterations to openings and construction of ramped access to south east elevation.  Affects setting of a

Listed Building

S/2011/0440/FUL – Oriel Cottage 14 The Square Aynho, Replace garage roof, convert garage into habitable room (Resubmission of S/2011/0080/FUL to incorporate a lantern roof light), Within Conservation Area Affects the Setting of a Listed Building*       

*As these are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to

be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to

the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
