mobile home to provide permanent on site security. Affects Right of Way      

S/2011/0443/MAF - Cuttle Mill Nursery Cuttle Mill Lane Paulerspury, Change of use of land to 60 pitch touring caravan

site, use of existing buildings in association therewith and erection of shower/ WC block.  Major Development 

S/2011/0447/FUL - Field View House 2 Field Way Helmdon, Extension to existing stable block..  Affects setting of a

Listed Building   

S/2011/0451/FUL - Park Saw Mills Chase Park Road Yardley Hastings, Erection of two detached dwellings.  Not in

accordance with the Local Plan     

S/2011/0452/MAO - Land North of Towcester Road Greens Norton, Residential development of 25 dwellings, estate

road and associated works (outline).   Not in accordance with the Local Plan Major Development   

S/2011/0455/FUL - Blackmires Farm Blackmires Lane Silverstone, New Dwelling for Agricultural / Equestrian Worker.

 Affects Right of Way     

S/2011/0464/LBC - Bartholomew Arms Public House High Street Blakesley, New signage to public house

(retrospective).  Listed Building Consent     

S/2011/0465/FUL - Land east of Wootton Fields, Newport Pagnell Road, Northampton, Variation of condition 3

(S/2007/0813/PO) to substitute the approved masterplan with a new masterplan and revised unilateral undertaking. 

Major Development     

*As these are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to

be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to

the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
