I'm a manager of a food business - do I have to do Level 3 training?

More advanced training (Level 3 and 4, formerly known as intermediate and advanced levels) deal with food hygiene in more detail and cover supervisory and management functions. Although there is no legal requirement for anyone to be trained to Level 3 or 4, it is good practice for appropriate members of staff to be trained to a higher level of training.
