What are they?
They are a biting insect normally infesting cats and dogs that have not been treated with an anti flea treatment.
What should I look for?
Look for the obvious bites on you or your children mainly on the arms and legs. Pets scratching more than usual. Watch out to see if you can see them crawling or jumping around.
Will they harm me?
Yes, fleas bite and will quite happily use human blood to live on; however they need the host’s blood to breed.
Do I need Professional help?
