What are they?
They are the larval stage of the carpet beetle.
What should I look for?
Damage mainly on clothing in wardrobes and cupboards. You may see them climbing up walls or find them in dust pockets around the house. The larvae stage or woolly bear is what does the damage .It only attacks animal fibre i.e. furs woollens sheepskin cashmere.
Will they harm me?
No they will not harm you, but they can do a lot of damage to expensive clothes carpets and furnishings.
