We issue a completion certificate for every job that is inspected and satisfactorily completed. Completion certificates are important documents and should be kept in a safe place. They are becoming increasingly popular with the introduction of Home Information Packs (HIPS) when selling a property.

The Council keeps a record of completion certificates that have been issued. We can let you have copies, but we may charge.
