S/2011/0230/FUL - The Old Stables 27 High Street Middleton Cheney, Change of use of office building to form

dwelling.  Within Conservation Area     

S/2011/0234/FUL - Belmont Little Street Sulgrave, Alteration to Belmont House by way of demolition of garage and 4

new dwellings with garages.   Affects setting of a Listed Building Within Conservation Area   

S/2011/0235/CAC - Belmont Little Street Sulgrave, Alteration to Belmont House by way of demolition of garage and 4

new dwellings with garages.  Within Conservation Area     

*As these are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to

be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to

the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
