 be constructed of compacted hardcore covered by stone chippings.  Within Conservation Area*

S/2010/1525/FUL - 5 Church Avenue Kings Sutton, Conversion of basement to form two new bedrooms with ensuite,

bathroom & store and removal of existing external staircase.   Affects setting of a Listed Building Within Conservation
