Development Management
Development Management deals with permitted development queries, pre-application planning advice, planning applications and planning appeals etc.
Development Management is comprised of two teams: the District-Wide Development Team and the Major Projects Team.
The District-Wide Development Team, as its name suggests, covers the whole of the district and deals with the majority of applications (major, minor and other), S106 planning obligations, appeals and enquiries submitted to the Council. The Development Management Team Leader is Angela Whitfield.
The Major Projects Team deals with the large-scale major applications, S106 planning obligations, appeals and enquiries submitted to the Council. The Development Management Team Leader is Clare O'Hanlon.
