New Ways to Pay

In April we changed the ways that Council Tax and Non - Domestic rates are be paid to the Council. It is not possible for you to pay by cash at the Council’s offices so you have the choice of making your payment in new ways.  Read our New Ways to Pay leaflet to find out more.

During February 2009 the Council issued allpay cards to customers who currently pay by cash. This allows free payment of bills at Post Offices and paypoint outlets with South Northamptonshire and elsewhere in the UK. Details have been sent out in letters with a list of all outlets supporting this payment method. If you wish to find out where your nearest location is, then please use the postcode search on the allpay website to find out your nearest location. http://www.allpay.net/ .

We are sorry that there has been a delay in some customers receiving their allpay cards. Requests are being processed as quickly as possible and nobody will be penalised by not having had one by 1 April 2009.

We hope this move will give residents and business more accessible ways to make payments.
